This is a six or twelve-month comprehensive weight-management program that uses a combination of lifestyle, nutrition, fitness and when indicated, medications, to help patients on their health and weight loss journey.
We ask for a six or twelve-month commitment from our patients because it takes time to achieve healthy, sustainable weight loss goals.
What it Includes:
- Initial metabolic health physical, with labs/EKG/etc
- Fitness assessment
- Detailed dietary and fitness guidelines
- Monthly virtual or in-person physician visits
- Bi-monthly diet and health coaching
- Workout planning and coordinating with your fitness team (trainers, coaches)
